Millennium World School Admission Procedure

The school academic session starts in the first week of April every year and ends on March 31st of the subsequent year. Hence applications for admission for all students must ordinarily reach the school latest by March 1 in the year that admission is sought.

It is desirable that all admission formalities be completed well before the end of March. However limited vacancies may exist in the middle of the academic year. Information on mid-year vacancies may be obtained by e-mailing the schools Admissions Coordinator or the Academic Coordinator. However it is best to apply early.

As proposed by the State Education Department the age at the time of admission should ordinarily be:
Nursery

3+ Years

 Class VI 11+ years
LKG 4+ Years Class VII 12+ years
UKG 5+ Years Class VIII 13+ years
Class I 6+ Years Class IX Coming next year
Class II 7+ Years Class X Coming next year
Class III 8+ Years Class XI TBS later
Class IV 9+ Years Class XII TBS later
Class V 10+ Years
Registration/Admission Form
The registration /admission form may be obtained from the school admissions office. This form must be completed and sent to the school along with all the documents viz. School Leaving Certificate (SLC) from previous school, Date of Birth Certificate, last two years progress/ performance reports of the child and two passport size photographs.The registration fee of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundered only) in the form of cash or draft must accompany the Registration/ Admission form to enable the school to process the application.Please ensure that the requisite Registration Fees is sent with the Registration Form failing which the application shall not be processed.
Academic Scholarships
Knowledge Valley International School under the aegis of HIM Inspirations Education Society offers seats in accordance with RTE act and limited scholarships/bursaries to students on a need cum merit basis. Parents of children who have been offered admission to the school may apply for scholarships/bursaries by writing in confidence to the Principal along with evidence of merit/need. The admission committe reviews each case and intimates the concerned through email or briefs in person.
